EDT offer both onsite and offsite driver training for PCV and LGV drivers. We specialise in flexible delivery of the Drivers CPC, a qualification that became mandatory for all professional drivers in September 2009.
Having spent a long career in driving and transport, we understand the requirements and restrictions of the business and tailor times to suit the needs of our customers. Working to suit shift working and weekends is never a problem. We have our own modern training room with all up to date & current training information. We are proud to adapt our training to suit the individual needs of our customers.
EDT also work with clients to bring you a wide range of transport training services. We already assist many companies and individuals with statutory and non-statutory training & qualifications. We can save you money.
Facts:
Many people come to us believing "if you take your drivers CPC now then it will run out in 2016" when the fact is if you take it now it will run out 09.09.2019 as you need to take 35 hours periodic training in a 5 year period and the first five years are being given as "grandfather rights" If you are unsure about CPC requirements, please give us a call and we'll explain the facts and figures.
